We’ve Teamed up with Urban List & our good friend Mitch Orr to revive one of his legendary ACME pasta hits — the pig’s head carbonara and given it a new life on our menu.

This time, silky udon noodles are folded through that rich, nostalgic sauce with our own Izakaya twist.
