We’ve Teamed up with our good friend Mitch Orr to revive one of his legendary ACME pasta hits — the pig’s head carbonara and given it a new life on our menu.

This time, silky udon noodles are folded through that rich, nostalgic sauce with our own Izakaya twist.

As Our group Development chef, Oscar Solomon puts it:

“The prince of pasta brings a Tokyo lens to a famed Potts Point dish from Mitch’s old pasta house. We hope you enjoy this dish.”
